cleaning out spare parts R90 cylinders for pre 1976 airhead. I bought them a few years ago mistakenly thinking I could use them on a 76 R90 I,m restoring.The previous owner had a machinist measure them, they are now standard bore and need to be bored to 1st over (and able to be bored to 1st, no pitting or groves)$200. 32/10 complete rear drive w/brake arm and shoes, splines appear to be about 2/3 there (they measure about 2.9mm wide half way up the tooth) $100. 32/10 Final drive Case has "75" cast inside. New, remanufactured ring splines. All seals replaced. The entire unit was stripped down and cleaned. The pinion shim was verified for contact alignment, the ring gear shaft shim was checked for backlash and the cover shims were recalculated. All filler and drain threads sound. New cover gasket used. Assembled with the proper sealants and torque rates. Complete and ready for service. Not polished. I will email photos on request. Monoshock parts Brand new BMW exhaust pipes part number on tag on left pipe reads 1811 1 452 399. A parts search shows fitment for R100GS, PD, R100R, 1988 onward R80GS with a retail price of $260.each. $300 for the pair. Most of these parts came off a 1986 R80 monoshock with an odometer reading of 18,569 miles. Final drive 32/10. Splines are excellent. Showed indications of requiring a new seal. {an inexpensive and easy repair} $225. Complete exhaust system in very good condition. The Front muffler/collector Zeuna ZS432. It is in excellent condition. Both mufflers are very good with no holes or rot. Some light surface rust is visible on the inside. $400., will separate. Tail light housing with directionals and harness ex. cond. $100. Rear subframe with fender, stored indoors, excellent. $100. R80 side covers very good, no cracks no broken tabs, blemish on right cover $75/set. Seat cowling. Part #5253 1452 269 in primer no cracks or breaks, stored indoors, $75. Front forks with triple trees and top plate $250. Corbin seat was stored indoors. Fair condition with cracks/splits in the cover however the foam appears to be fine. $50. R80 Final Drive and Swing Arm Good 37/11 final drive and swing arm from an '83 R80. The final drive is a great unit with great splines (pics on request). There is some sort of paint or coating on the housing to make it look nice, but it can be removed easily. $110 OBO The swing arm is also in great shape. It was powdercoated about 10 years ago. The powdercoating is mostly OK, but it is peeling on the front of the driveshaft behind where the battery sits on the bike. R100RT Fairing Bracket ~ for 1978 to 1984 AIRHEADS Front fairing mount for '78-'84 R100RT, #46-63-1-237-932. The bracket had a tipover which moved the arms on one side, but the damage was repaired & the bracket is true and as strong as new.
