There are TWO forms on this page.
The first one lets you DELETE the ad if you know its Ad ID.
The second one lets you FIND the Ad ID if you do not know it.

Advertisement Deletion Form:

Ad ID:	Enter the AdID assigned when you placed the Ad. No spaces allowed.
Contact Email:	Enter the Contact Email address of the Ad.

Instructions:

Enter the Ad ID in the form. It was assigned when you placed the Ad, and was e-mailed to the Contact Email address. If you did not save the Ad ID, use the form below to recover it.
Enter the Contact Email address in the form, exactly as you provided it when you placed the Ad - without surrounding quotes or brackets. If you do not remember it, find the Ad in the public pages and copy it from there.
Click the Delete Ad button. If a matching Ad is found, it will be displayed and marked for deletion. Delete requests will be processed in the next Marketplace Update, usually within a few days.

Ad ID Recovery Form:

Contact Email:	Enter the Contact Email address of the Ad.

Instructions:

Enter the Contact Email address in the form, exactly as you provided it when you placed the Ad - without surrounding quotes or brackets. If you do not remember it, find the Ad in the public pages and copy it from there.
Click the Submit Request button. If Ad(s) with matching Email addresses are found, copies with the Ad ID(s) will be emailed to the Contact Email address.
When the Email is delivered, use the Ad ID that it contains.
